Improving DHL’s assembly tracking app was all about making life easier for delivery and installation teams. These are the people who scan, verify, and sign off on items while juggling tight schedules and heavy equipment, so every second saved matters.
Using Flutter, I added real-time tracking, QR code verification, and digital signature features. I was part of the Rofasys Mitra Prima team at the time, which meant collaborating closely with DHL’s operations staff and adapting quickly to their feedback. Every sprint brought the app closer to fitting seamlessly into their daily workflow.
The result was an app that not only worked better but was also appreciated by the people using it. That is the real win.
